Your Mission

As an HRMS Intern at IFS, you'll be at the heart of our Workday implementation project, helping to onboard the end users such as employees, managers and partners. This is your chance to gain real-world experience and contribute to the success of a major software rollout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dive into Workday: Assist with the Go-Live launch, support of the end users as well as contributing to a continuous improvement of the system
  • Collaborate: Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure smooth Go-Live and system's adoption by the end users
  • Learn and Grow: Gain valuable insights into HR technology, project management, and IT collaboration while working on meaningful projects.
Requirements

You're currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Past internship(s) in Human Resources is considered a plus. You have a basic understanding of HRIS or ERP systems (experience with Workday is a bonus). Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail help you manage multiple tasks effectively. You're an excellent communicator and enjoy working with diverse teams. You're proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
