We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to enhance our people operations within a dynamic team environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in onboarding procedures to meet regulatory standards, including the preparation of employment contracts.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within the HR management system, ensuring proper documentation is filed appropriately.
  • Respond to inquiries from the HR support inbox and manage administrative queries efficiently.
  • Conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with onboarding protocols across the organization.
  • Generate and distribute weekly reports on personnel compliance metrics.
  • Prepare and issue references for outgoing employees.
  • Process changes to employee information, including personal and job-related details.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers regarding HR administrative processes.
  • Oversee the exit process for departing employees.
  • Conduct payroll data verification on a monthly basis.
  • Support TUPE processes, including monitoring and processing onboarding checks.
  • Assist with various HR-related tasks as required.

Candidate Profile

  • Familiarity with Right to Work documentation and DBS application processes is advantageous.
  • Understanding of the healthcare sector and regulatory environments is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with HR systems, including Teams and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams.
  • Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
