HR Assistant

At Sisco Jobs, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR department in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles and be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll processing, and coordinating HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with payroll processing and documentation
  • Coordinate HR projects and initiatives
  • Schedule interviews and assist with onboarding processes
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Familiarity with HRIS and HR databases
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
