HR AssistantAt Sisco Jobs, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR department in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles and be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll processing, and coordinating HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist with payroll processing and documentation
- Coordinate HR projects and initiatives
- Schedule interviews and assist with onboarding processes
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Familiarity with HRIS and HR databases
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
