We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to become an integral part of our human resources division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the onboarding process to meet compliance standards, including the preparation of employment contracts.
  • Maintain accurate employee records using our HR management system, ensuring all documentation is correctly filed.
  • Respond to inquiries from the HR support inbox and manage administrative queries efficiently.
  • Conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with onboarding procedures across the organization.
  • Generate and distribute weekly reports on personnel compliance data.
  • Prepare and issue references for outgoing employees.
  • Process changes in employee information, including personal and job-related details.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers regarding HR administrative processes.
  • Oversee the leaver process for employees who have notified their departure.
  • Conduct monthly checks on payroll data for accuracy.
  • Assist with TUPE processes as necessary, including monitoring trackers and preparing employee files.
  • Support broader HR initiatives as required.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Familiarity with Right to Work documentation and DBS application processes is preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector or regulated environments is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems, including Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerBI.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with a focus on achieving results.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
