Organisational Change Manager
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead on designing and implementing a learning and development plan and programme of activities to support organisational change and achieve strategic objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior leadership team to ensure effective implementation of the plan.
Main Duties:- Design and develop a comprehensive learning and development plan and programme of activities to support organisational change and achievement of strategic objectives
- Collaborate with senior leadership team to ensure effective implementation of the plan
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the plan and make recommendations for improvement
- Chartered CIPD Member (MCIPD)
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience in HRM, OD, or related field
- Extensive experience of working on large, complex organisational change projects
- Excellent interpersonal, training, facilitation, and communication skills
£65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience
