**Quality Improvement Role:** Healthcare Quality Improvement Officer

We are recruiting a talented Healthcare Quality Improvement Officer to join our Primary Care Quality team at Integrated Care 24 Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives across the PC Group.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancement.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on incidents, complaints, and requests for information.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as healthcare, business, or social sciences.
  • Proven experience in quality improvement, clinical governance, or a related area.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Package:

This is a highly competitive role with a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including the opportunity to join the NHS Pension Scheme, free 24/7 independent counselling service, and more.
