Healthcare Operations Manager

As a Support Services Executive at Elysium Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality non-clinical care to our patients. Based in Brighton & Hove Clinic, you will be responsible for managing the operation of support services, including catering, housekeeping, maintenance, administration, and reception functions.
You will be an active member of the Senior Management Team, reporting directly to the Registered Manager, and work closely with the Ward, School & MDT team to ensure compliance with Company policies & legislation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the hospital delivers the highest quality of non-clinical care while meeting regulatory requirements.
- Managing all departments' HR procedures, including holiday, sickness, supervision, training, and appraisals.
- Participating in monthly Clinical Governance meetings and leading Health and Safety initiatives within the hospital.
In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides CAMHS Tier 4 service for young people aged 12 - 18 years with a prime diagnosis of eating disorders and other mental health conditions.
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 per annum (pro rata).
