Join Our Team as a Project Coordinator

Ardent Management is a leading provider of land, consent management, and stakeholder engagement services. We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/ Administrator to support our infrastructure projects and directorates.

About the Role:

  • Work across multiple major infrastructure projects and support several Ardent directorates
  • Develop relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service
  • Provide administrative support, coordinate tasks, and analyze data to ensure project success
  • Aid financial management, including invoicing and monthly report delivery
  • Support team logistics and day-to-day diary management
  • Prepare processes and organograms
  • Assist with general office and facilities management
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance to company groups, initiatives, and events
  • Support site visits
  • Review project inboxes and manage team performance
  • Maintain Ardent's Atlas system

Salary Information: We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • IT literacy and confidence with Microsoft Suite
  • Competent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good financial understanding
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage workflows and priorities
  • GDPR understanding is beneficial
