Occupational Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing specialist occupational therapy services to individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to promote independence and well-being
- Conduct assessments and provide interventions to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members to promote professional development
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
- Registration with the Health Care Professions Council
- Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
