- Registration with the Health Care Professions Council

- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and presenting conditions
- Current UK driving license
- Training and qualifications in leadership
- Professional Practice Educators qualification
- Evidence of higher-level professional development accredited modules at post-graduate or Masters level in Occupational Therapy or related subject
