About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Najurally Centre in Bradford. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, specialist occupational therapy services to individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide holistic care and support, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with service users, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvements, ensuring high standards of care and quality.
Requirements
  • Registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and presenting conditions.
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess and develop treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
