About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Records Lead to join our team at Jacobs, a leading provider of professional, technical, and construction services. As a Senior Records Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of records and documents across our nuclear projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Records Leads to ensure compliance with organisational requirements and nuclear site licence and permit compliance processes.
  • Interface with regulators and stakeholders on records arrangements, ensuring that supply chain organisations contracted to the project acknowledge, accept, respond to, and fully comply with SZC contract quality record requirements.
  • Develop and implement arrangements to ensure compliance with organisational requirements, including the recruitment, appointment, and line management of Records Leads.
  • Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators and the measurement, monitoring, and reporting of quality records performance of the projects and supply chain to the business.

Requirements

  • Experience of managing a team from different backgrounds and knowledge of nuclear industry and major project best practice.
  • Implementation and management of records/document and data/information management methodologies and tools within a major project environment.
  • Understanding and application of the Quality process applicable to Records Management.
