About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Flowers Associates. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide support with financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including the preparation of financial models and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain financial spreadsheets, including budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Requirements

  • Strong accounting knowledge and experience with financial software, including Sage 200.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
