We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions, a leading provider of support services for individuals with learning disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering independence and promoting the well-being of our service users.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns to accommodate the needs of our service users. You will be supporting three individuals with learning disabilities, Down syndrome, and autism, who live together in a shared home. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Empowering independence by supporting individuals to live their lives as they choose and achieve their goals.
- Providing daily living support, including personal care, meal support, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Supporting with medication management, including epilepsy medication, which is well managed.
As a Support Worker at Dimensions, you will benefit from:
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.66, with the option to earn £45 per sleep-in shift.
- A comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge.
