Empowering Independence as a Female Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team in Worcester. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities, Down syndrome, and autism to live their lives to the fullest.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Empowering Independence: Support individuals to live their lives how they choose and achieve their goals.
  • Daily Living Support: Provide varying levels of personal care, meal support, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Providing Care: Support with medication, including epilepsy medication, which is well managed.

Flexible Shift Patterns

  • Day Shifts: 7am - 2pm (with potential to finish early)
  • Day Shifts: 2pm – 10pm
  • Day Shifts: 3pm – 10pm
  • Sleep-In Shifts: 10pm – 7am (Paid To Sleep)

This role involves working both weekdays and some weekends as these individuals sometimes visit family. Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance. 1-2 sleep-in shifts are required per week.
