About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Worcestershire. As a Live-In Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our client, who has a spinal cord injury.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the client with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support the client to maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to the client.
  • Work collaboratively with the client's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of the client's care and progress.

Requirements

  • A full clean driving license.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with spinal injuries or complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine interest in providing person-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
