Empowering Independence as a Female Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team in Worcester. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities, Down syndrome, and autism to live their lives to the fullest.

Supporting Individuals with Complex Needs

You will be working with three individuals who live together in a shared home. Each person has unique interests and needs, and you will be responsible for providing daily living support, empowering independence, and promoting a sense of community.

Flexible Shift Patterns

We offer flexible shift patterns to ensure a healthy work-life balance. You will work a combination of day shifts and sleep-in shifts, with the opportunity to finish early on some days. Rotas are provided in advance to support your planning.
