About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Female Support Worker to join our team in Worcestershire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing live-in care to a client with a spinal cord injury.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the client with daily living tasks, including personal care and hygiene
  • Support the client to maintain an active lifestyle, including exercise and leisure activities
  • Liaise with the client's family and healthcare professionals as required
  • Follow the client's care plan and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • A full clean driving licence
  • Previous experience of working with individuals with a spinal injury (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop
