Empowering Independence as a Support Worker

Dimensions is seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Worcester. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for empowering individuals with learning disabilities to live their lives how they choose and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empowering Independence: Support people to live their lives how they choose and achieve their goals.
  • Daily Living Support: Provide varying levels of personal care, meal support, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Providing Care: Support with medication, including epilepsy medication, which is well managed.

Shift Patterns:

  • Day Shifts: 7am - 2pm (with potential to finish early)
  • Day Shifts: 2pm – 10pm
  • Day Shifts: 3pm – 10pm
  • Sleep-In Shifts: 10pm – 7am (Paid To Sleep)
