We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our Commercial team at SPT Labtech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing sales of our cutting-edge products, including the HexAuFoil range of grids, by nurturing existing business and identifying new business potential.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on our products, including product demonstrations and in-services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the life sciences industry, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong technical knowledge of our products and the ability to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
