Customer Service Advisor - German Speaker

The Juice Plus+ Company EMEA is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our EMEA Service Centre Solutions team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide specialized advice and support to our Juice Plus+ Partner community, enhancing and strengthening our service. Your ambition will be to enrich the "Partner Journey" relationship experience and contribute positively to our brand proposition in a competitive and growing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide competent, cross-regional support on all mid and high-level Partner issues and queries.
  • Work as an integral part of the EMEA Service Centre Solutions team to deliver exceptional support across all markets, with particular focus on our German market.
  • Strive for a first-time resolution of all high-level enquiries via phone, email, and social media or other channels, in a timely and informative manner.
  • Handle order-related queries, and manage questions on Compensation Plans, Price Changes, Incentive Changes, and other similar inquiries.
  • Continuously keep up to date with new product information, business processes, or systems by participating in formal and informal training opportunities in-house.
  • Support and analyze technical issues for Partners.
  • Provide assistance on any other ad hoc Customer and Partner support-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fully fluent in German and English to an excellent spoken and written standard.
  • Experienced in working within a customer service environment, with evidence of ability to provide an exceptional level of service.
  • Ability, and keen desire to further develop a greater understanding and awareness of cultural differences across all EMEA countries, to facilitate an enhanced and highly collaborative Service Centre/Partner experience.
  • Ability to learn process and procedure quickly through appropriate training.
