Head of Sales and Business Development

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales to join our team at Glen Callum Associates Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across our Engineering Supplies and Industrial Distribution networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion across our Engineering Supplies and Industrial Distribution networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Provide sales training and coaching to our sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in Engineering Supplies and Industrial Distribution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on sales growth and development.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the Engineering Supplies and Industrial Distribution markets.
