Job Title: Head of Sales

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales to join our team at Glen Callum Associates Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across our Engineering Supplies and Industrial Distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion across our Engineering Supplies and Industrial Distribution networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to our sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in Engineering Supplies and Industrial Distribution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on sales growth and development.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the Engineering Supplies and Industrial Distribution markets.
