Key Responsibilities:- Provide business support to Financial Advisers, working within agreed business objectives
- Administrative support to encompass the processing of new business and client valuations
- Maintain and update client information
- Issue and chase letters of authority
- Chase financial information from clients
- Provide outstanding customer service to meet expectations of clients and colleagues
- Timely and accurate processing of all client documents and returned queries to ensure client needs are met
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Relevant experience within Financial Services
- Experience with Transact platform would be an advantage
