We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Brevere Group. As a key member of our financial planning team, you will provide administrative support to our Financial Advisers and paraplanning team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide business support to Financial Advisers, working within agreed business objectives
  • Administrative support to encompass the processing of new business and client valuations
  • Maintain and update client information
  • Issue and chase letters of authority
  • Chase financial information from clients
  • Provide outstanding customer service to meet expectations of clients and colleagues
  • Timely and accurate processing of all client documents and returned queries to ensure client needs are met
Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Relevant experience within Financial Services
  • Experience with Transact platform would be an advantage
