The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a Legal Services Administrator to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional legal and customer services.

Main Duties:
  • Coordinate updates with clients and introducers on transaction status
  • Issue Draft Contracts on sales and prepare relevant financial documents
  • Manage lender-related correspondence, track purchase contracts and sale enquiries
  • Prepare key documentation, including exchange letters and completion letters
  • Provide administrative support to Conveyancers and facilitate exchange coordination
Requirements:

A successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation:

A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered to the right candidate.
