Job DescriptionAs our new Registered Manager, you will lead a team of support professionals in providing exceptional care and support to our service users.
Required Skills & QualificationsYou will have a passion for positively shaping lives, with a background in care management and leadership. A Diploma or Degree in Social Care or a related field is desirable.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver high-quality care.
Your creative approach will bring new ideas and initiatives to the role, driving growth and development within the team.
