Role Purpose

The Head of Client Relationships will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Consultants in building and maintaining client relationships across England. This role requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to motivate and inspire the team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To coach, train, and provide regular feedback to the team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to achieve business targets and KPIs.
  2. To work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and Product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  3. To identify and address areas of concern or improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.

Estimated Salary Range: £37,500 - £50,000 per annum based on location and experience.
