Shaw Healthcare are recruiting a Fulfilment Administrator to join our team based at our head office in St Mellons, Cardiff.

**Salary** - £25,615.25

**Hours**:

- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (Hybrid working once training has taken place - 2 days working from home per week)

**Objectives**

To work with the Team in providing an effective and comprehensive HR, Recruitment and Agency Fulfilment service within Shaw healthcare and support the Group’s Corporate Plan objectives and vision and values.

To work with the Services and agency suppliers to ensure all staffing requirements are achieved.

To provide excellent standards of customer service through recruitment and agency fulfilment.

**Principal duties**

Liaise with key stakeholders including Service Managers and Administration teams to understand the requirements for all assigned temporary resourcing requirements.

For temporary shift cover, support the services through liaising with agencies to ensure that the correct staffing levels and skills mix are achieved.

Ensure temporary staff are cleared to work by checking external systems and training records to ensure they meet the compliance requirements to work within our services and added them to our approved agency worker system

Be the first point of contact to the Agencies providing temporary staff

Maintain the Rota system accurately and promptly to eliminate the risk of any over/under staffing

Process invoices and billing queries in line with our guidelines

**Relationships**

To establish and maintain good relationships with Agencies, Managers, Administrators and Applicants

To always represent Shaw healthcare in a professional manner

**Essential Criteria**

IT literate, including the use of basic range of software packages

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Being an effective team member and also able to work with mínimal supervision

Be approachable, responsive and empathic

Satisfactory police check and check against barred lists

**Desirable Criteria**

Experience of working in a care or agency environment
