**What will you be doing**:

- The Head of Fiduciaries, Jersey will lead and Performance Management a team of Relationship Directors c. 12; which services some of the most valuable clients in Barclays providing these clients with a full range of banking and Investment solutions.
- They will be the leading face to the Fiduciary market in Jersey, where we see a genuine opportunity to build upon our existing market leadership.
- The role-holder is responsible for coordinating the delivery of a compelling service model to our clients, through Relationship managers and Investment, Cash management and Treasury specialists
- Working with the Global Head of Head of Fiduciaries, the role-holder will drive the overall balanced scorecard and performance of the Fiduciaries business.
- They will establish long-term, internal and external, relationships that are effective across the local markets to drive delivery of the respective strategies and establish opportunities for further growth.
- They will support the ongoing maintenance and development of the Fiduciary proposition. This requires an ability to influence senior stakeholders across Barclays Group and to create compelling business models for growth.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Academic and professional qualifications
- A high quality degree level education and a first class general academic track record is desirable as are professional banking or investment qualifications.
- The role holder will be action oriented and organised with the ability to handle a number of tasks simultaneously and prioritise accordingly.
- Self-motivated, able to work on their own initiative and remain calm under pressure.
- The role holder will have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills which are essential to the role, as well as the ability to work as part of a team.

- They will demonstrate a logical and structured approach to achieving desired outcomes along with excellent written and oral communication with ability to communicate across all levels.

**Where will you be working**:
We have two offices in Jersey situated in the heart of St Hellier, the main town on this idyllic Island. The Barclays offices are surrounded by good quality shops and it’s only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful harbour with numerous sea view restaurants and bars.
