As a Retirement Housing Co-ordinator at BDS (Northern) Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting older adults living independently in Mitcham.

This is a temporary ongoing position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Working Details:

  • 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Compensation:

  • £26/hour PAYE plus holiday pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out property inspections to identify needed repairs.
  • Collaborating with contractors to address these issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • An up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate.
