**Job Description:**

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD), you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health issues. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a unique blend of clinical expertise, emotional intelligence, and empathy.

You will work closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and promote independence and well-being.

In addition to your clinical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

About the Team:

  • To work closely with the Ward Manager to support staff wellbeing and staff development.
  • To complete first-level assessments of patient needs and document these on the care plan.

Salary and Contract Information:

We offer a competitive salary based on experience:

  • Hourly rate: up to £19.5 hours - £38,716 per year (based on 44 hours)
  • Annual salary: £45,416 per year (based on 44 hours)
