We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Energise Leisure Centre. As a Swimming Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of customers at all times.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment in the pool area.
- Assist with the development and implementation of swimming programs and activities.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- STA Award or Certificate level or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
- Knowledge of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
- Experience in teaching swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
