We Are Swim is seeking a passionate and skilled Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver swimming lessons that meet the needs of our students
  • Integrate our reward schemes into classes to motivate and engage students
  • Ensure the safe provision of equipment and its correct use
  • Conduct dynamic risk assessments to maintain a safe learning environment
  • Identify students' abilities and encourage them to reach their full potential
  • Provide explanations and demonstrations of modern and accurate swimming techniques
  • Develop students' techniques and identify ways to improve performance
  • Create a positive and fun environment to motivate and encourage students
  • Evaluate sessions and provide feedback
  • Regularly assess students' progress and arrange for the award of certificates using our online portal

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards swimming
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to inspire confidence and motivate students
  • Perseverance and patience
  • Ability to encourage people and put them at ease
  • Desire to meet individual needs
  • Professional, punctual, and well-organized individual responsible for the implementation, development, and organization of swimming classes
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
