Swimming Teacher Role

We are seeking a skilled and patient Swimming Teacher to join our team at Energise Leisure Centre. As a Swimming Teacher, you will play a vital role in developing our customers' swimming skills and providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to individual needs and learning styles.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of customers at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer progress and achievements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme and other aquatic activities.
Requirements:
  • STA Award or Certificate level or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
  • Knowledge of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme and National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers & Coaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
