- Shift: 8a-4:30p, M-F, with occasional weekend shifts
- Hours: 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care as an LPN in a home care setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Requirements:
- MA License
- 2 Years' Experience
- Home care experience
- BLS Certification
