As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of care staff to deliver outstanding care to our clients, while encouraging them to always do their best.

Our Extra Care Housing schemes are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients to live as independently as possible. With your leadership and expertise, you will ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care and support, tailored to their individual needs.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual with a proven track record in caring for vulnerable individuals. You will have a Diploma/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and previous supervisory experience in the health and social care sector. You will also be confident in working on your own and using your own initiative to resolve problems and deal with queries.
