We are looking for a seasoned Manufacturing Excellence Lead to drive efficiency and maintain high standards for fresh food quality and safety at our client's leading fresh food manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive efficiency and maintain high standards for fresh food quality and safety.
  • Implement and adjust production schedules to meet demand, optimize resources, and minimize waste.
  • Lead a high-performing team to consistently deliver on quality and efficiency targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards specific to fresh food manufacturing.
  • Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a production management role within the fresh food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fresh food safety protocols, quality control, and shelf-life management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on communication and team building.
  • Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
