Job Title: Finance Administrator

Office Angels is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting the Finance Manager and various areas of the finance operation.

About the Role:
  • Process supplier invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with the administration of Barristers' service charges and petty cash accounts
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks such as bank input and reconciliation
  • Support with quarterly VAT returns and Barristers' annual tax returns
  • Assist with ad hoc fee collection related tasks
  • Prepare monthly management accounts
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Previous experience working in a finance or accounts-based role
  • Good telephone manner and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with training provided for bespoke accounting packages
