Our Financial Adviser is seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to provide dedicated support in a vibrant business environment. This all-encompassing role offers a unique chance to grow and evolve with the Adviser and their client book.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to the Adviser in meeting preparation, attending meetings, and taking notes
  • Onboard new clients, process draw downs, and prepare annual reviews
  • Work collaboratively with the Adviser to develop and implement administrative processes
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Adviser's client book
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a SJP practice
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
