Job Title: AAT Financial Administrator Role
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as an AAT Financial Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative functions of the organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions, including invoicing, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO and Trustees.
- Develop and manage the annual budget.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and Trustees.
- Manage suppliers and tendering process.
- Manage HR department, processing reference requests, DBS checks, maintaining company records.
- Manage and coordinate public communications process.
Requirements: The successful candidate will be a qualified AAT accountant with experience of using Sage accountancy tools. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
