BWD Search & Selection is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join its team in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and AUM
  • Building strong relationships with trustees and institutional investors
  • Managing the entire sales process, including lead generation, opportunity advancement, proposal review, and final presentation delivery

The ideal candidate will have:

  • In-depth knowledge of the UK Pension Fund market dynamics and investors' needs
  • Strong understanding of the trustee market
  • CFA Level 1 or progress through Actuarial exams
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with institutional clients
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills
  • A collaborative team player with a focus on delivering results

This role offers a competitive salary range of £65,000-£90,000 depending on experience, plus benefits package.
