Fiduciary Management Business Lead

As a leading firm in the UK Fiduciary Management market, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support our ambitious growth objectives.
We are looking for an individual who can build strong client relationships, drive new business, and achieve AUM and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Developing strategic partnerships with trustees and institutional investors to secure new business opportunities.
- Managing the sales process, including generating leads, advancing opportunities, reviewing proposals, and delivering final presentations.
- Collaborating closely with sales teams to maximize success rates.
- Supporting Requests for Proposal (RFPs), prospecting activities, and pitch processes to achieve business goals.
- Contributing to corporate growth targets and mentoring junior team members as needed.
We require:
- In-depth knowledge of UK Pension Fund market dynamics and investors' needs.
- Strong understanding of the trustee market.
- CFA Level 1 or progress through Actuarial exams.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with institutional clients.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
- A collaborative team player with a focus on delivering results.
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum | Location: London | Type: Permanent
