Key Responsibilities:- Product Governance Framework Implementation: Engage with business functions to implement and embed the Product Governance Framework, ensuring products offered align with the firm's Conduct Risk Appetite.
- Process Documentation and Oversight: Support the Conduct Risk Manager in documenting and running processes underlying the Product Governance Framework.
- Conduct Risk Analysis and Reporting: Analyze conduct risks in the business, oversee risk controls, and perform associated metrics, taking actions on issues arising from conduct MI.
- Compliance and Governance: Develop product-related conduct risk reporting and other relevant compliance MI for the Conduct Committee and relevant governance committees.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Conduct Risk team, QA team, and other relevant teams to deliver a best-in-class 1st line control framework.
- Governance Committee Support: Support the Conduct Risk Manager and Underwriting Governance Manager in ensuring the effective operation of key governance committees.
- Product Oversight Group Support: Support the Product Oversight Group, driving and resolving actions with the Underwriting and Claims teams, and providing MI and reporting to PGC and DA Committees.
- Strong Conduct Risk Experience: Strong experience in providing conduct risk/product governance oversight within an insurance company.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Ability to interpret regulations and provide practical context.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and strong interpersonal skills.
- Conduct Risk Lines of Business: Familiarity with high conduct risk lines of business.
- Product Review Experience: Experience of reviewing products and associated materials for Conduct Risk.
