About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conduct Risk Specialist to join our team at Direct Line Group. As a key member of our Conduct Oversight team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers achieve good outcomes.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide expertise, direction, and advice across different teams and processes to support the identification and management of conduct risks.

You will work closely with our second-line oversight team to review and challenge activity, providing guidance on the identification and management of associated conduct risks.

In addition, you will seek opportunities to support risk-based decision-making during programmes of change and provide technical regulatory risk and conduct risk interpretations of relevant industry consultations and activity.

As a Conduct Risk Specialist, you will also contribute to increasing risk awareness across DLG by engaging with stakeholders and sharing knowledge on risks and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise, direction, and advice on conduct risk management
  • Support second-line oversight of change programmes and strategic activity
  • Review and challenge activity to identify and manage conduct risks
  • Provide technical regulatory risk and conduct risk interpretations
  • Contribute to increasing risk awareness across DLG
