We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate SEN teacher to join our team at Reeson Education. As an SEN teacher, you will work closely with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

About the School

Our SEN school in Streatham is a vibrant and dynamic community that caters for students aged 4-11. We pride ourselves on providing a range of unique enabling environments that adapt to the individual needs of each student.

Job Description
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students with ASD and SLD.
  • Collaborate with therapists and educational psychologists to develop individualised learning plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure consistency between home and school environments.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with ASD and SLD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this role is around £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, based on experience.
