In a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment, we are seeking an External Affairs Manager to join our team at the National Farmers' Union (NFU). As the voice of British farmers and growers, we shape attitudes towards farming and lead on key issues such as climate change, food standards, rural crime, and broadband rollout.

We're looking for someone who can develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including government ministers, NFU colleagues, and local members. You will work closely with regional and county offices across England and Wales, ensuring that our message is heard at the heart of government.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for promoting the NFU's interests, developing strategies to engage with key audiences, and implementing effective campaigns to achieve our goals.
