Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a salary of £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a competitive bonus scheme and comprehensive health insurance.
Job DescriptionAs a Commercial Law Specialist, you will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of commercial law, including major high court litigation cases, top-level competition litigation, and regulatory enforcement mandates.
You will work closely with leading partners in the field on cutting-edge disputes and engage with major international clients, including global corporates, banks, private equity funds, and sovereigns.
Requirements- Top-level experience gained within Magic and Silver Circle firms and/or other premier US law firms in London
- Exceptional academics
A strong understanding of commercial law and dispute resolution is essential, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is also critical.
