Temporary Employee Relations Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Temporary Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team at Antal International Network. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting managers and employees across employee relations matters.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, including experience with disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance on ER matters, ensuring consistent and fair application of HR policies.

Main Responsibilities

  • ER Case Management: Manage and resolve complex ER cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
  • Advice and Guidance: Advise managers on handling employee relations matters, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
  • Compliance and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with stakeholders to drive employee engagement and improve overall team performance.

Requirements and Skills

  • Employee Relations Expertise: Strong background in employee relations, including experience with disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
  • UK Employment Law Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

Working Arrangements

This is a temporary hybrid position, offering flexibility to work both remotely and in-office as business needs dictate. The contract is for 3 months, until Christmas, with an estimated salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week.
