Site Manager for New Build Leisure Centre Project

Our client, a reputable main contractor, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new 20m leisure centre project. As a key member of the project team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the project, from the early stages of civil/earthworks to the final handover.

Project Requirements

The project will involve the construction of a multi-level steel frame facility, including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, gym/sports facilities, car parking, MUGA sports pitches, and a cafe/spa. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects of a similar nature and value, with a strong all-round package experience.

Key Requirements
  • A loyal, committed, and hardworking individual who can commit to the project duration.
  • Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
  • Access to a car and a full UK driving licence.

The rate of pay for this position is £280-290 per day, with the option for CIS umbrella or PAYE umbrella.
