Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our 20m New Build Leisure Centre project. Reporting directly into a Project Director, you will be responsible for managing the site team and ensuring the successful delivery of this complex scheme.

The project involves substantial civil/earthworks through to the main build, which includes:

  • A multi-level steel frame facility
  • An indoor/outdoor swimming pool
  • Gym / sports facilities
  • Car parking
  • MUGA sports pitches
  • Cafe/spa
About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to join Invision Group as a Senior Construction Project Manager. You will be working on a high-profile project that requires strong leadership and management skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the site team and ensuring the successful delivery of the project
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth project progress
  • Developing and implementing project plans and schedules
  • Managing budgets and financials
  • Maintaining quality control and ensuring compliance with industry standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
  • Access to a car/full UK driving licence
Salary

The salary for this role is £285-295 per day (CIS umbrella or PAYE umbrella). This is a competitive rate for a senior construction project manager with your level of experience.
