Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Case Worker. In this role, you will work closely with individuals experiencing challenges with their mental health, providing support and guidance to help them navigate their journey towards recovery.
As a Case Worker, you will be an integral part of our community wellbeing initiatives, working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to deliver high-quality services that make a positive impact on people's lives.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
- Generous annual leave starting at 26 days
